Using Happy2HelpYou is a cost-effective way of having efficient assistance at your fingertips. We will do everything on a client’s “to-do” list. We will get your shopping, clean your house, pick-up your dry cleaning. There are no joining fees, no monthly subscription, you pay per errand!

If you are a resident of Sheltered Housing, Retirement Centres or Nursing Homes, over 65 or have any mobility problem, we offer our services to you with at least 10% discount. If you are a non-resident, you can get 5% off booking a service in advance via our website.

Need help shopping? This service goes beyond merely shopping for groceries. We will collect your shopping list together with your detailed specifications and will deliver the groceries on the same day. Ideal for weekly shopping, monthly shopping or for a last minute shopping necessity.

 Light House Cleaning

Happy2HelpYou provides total insurance for all our cleaners and we offer domestic cleaning to a very high standard and at affordable prices. This Service includes the following duties:

• Cleaning internal windows, windows frames, walls and ceilings. • Cleaning and Dusting behind wardrobes (if it is possible to move them) and other furniture. • Dusting furniture and vacuuming carpets, area rugs, and upholstered furniture. • Emptying the rubbish bins as long as the client provides garbage bags and dispose of appropriate place to deposit the rubbish.

Note: Just dusting and vacuum cleaning. Kitchen, bathroom, and external windows are not included.

 Courier Service

We offer a dedicated same day Courier Service that gets your urgent items collected and delivered anywhere in Oxfordshire area.

We may transport mail, gift, documents, small furniture, luggage ... everything we can certify is not dangerous or illegal. We do not deliver heavy goods. Maximum size (D)700mm x (W)700mm x (H)700mm. Maximum weight 30kg.

 Cooker/Oven Cleaning

We can clean all brands and models of ovens, hobs and microwaves. We ensure our work is carried out with minimal disturbance.

This service includes cleaning and desinfecting the oven top, hobs and lid, as well as the outside and inside of the oven, racks and oven door. It does not, however, include any cleaning of extractor fans.

Note: Exclusive for domestic cookers. We don't clean AGA (Alpha, Stanley, Raybunr, etc).

If you do not have the time to queue up at the Post Office, we will do it for you. We will collect and deliver a range of items from the Post Office. We can post urgent mail, parcels and buy stamps. We can also collect pensions or benefits.

We provide transport to the supermarket or store. We will help you to pick up products and help you find everything you want to buy. If your friend wants to go with, he/she will be charged 50% of the standard service price. Up to 2 people can be invited. All our staff are patient and enjoy interacting with older adults.

 Personal Assistance

If you are temporarily unable to run your daily errands, we can help you with collecting prescriptions or GP letters, collecting pensions and/or benefits, toping up your gas/electricity cards, installing eletronics equipments, paying the bills, washing the dishes, making the bed or changing the bed linen, accompanying you for a short walk nearby, taking clothes to the laundry or picking up your clothes from the laundry.
